River Trent, Colwick Viaducts

A very little used stretch of the Trent due to the limited access & parking. Barbel and Chub can be caught close to the Railway Bridge with Roach and Bream on stick float all along the stretch. The water starts at the Railway Bridge and continues downstream for 600 yards to the start of the Nottingham Federation water. Day Tickets Available. No Night Fishing.

How to get there
From the A612 Colwick Loop Road turn into Mile End Road and continue through industrial estate on Private Road No 2, 3 & 4 for 1 ½ miles, at the end of No4 road Park where possible. From the end of the road walk down footpath for 350 yards to Railway Bridge and start of water.
