A small section of river situated just upstream of the old Hazelford ferry. This section is accessed by walking upstream from the Old Star and Garter Hotel (This is now a nursing home) and fishing is available from the first clapper gate above the nursing home for 1 field, members only.

How to get there...

From Lowdham Roundabout take the A612 towards Southwell. In the village of Thurgarton turn right into Bleasby Road and continue along this road through Bleasby Village. At the crossroads go straight on into Boat Lane. Parking is available at the end of the Lane.
